The Princeton group continued fabrication of the RPC bubbler system and 
control electronics.

The Daya Bay Near Hall gas mixing panel that was delivered in January was 
tested throughout February, and the mixing ratio confirmed by sampling of 
the output by a gas chromatograph.

The gas-bottle switchover panels for the Daya Bay Near Hall were delivered 
late February, and are being readied for a system test.

Qing He is preparing to participate in the Daya Bay offline software dry run 
by installing the software on the Princeton HEP cluster (250 cores).
