Usage:
	vsmknod
or 	
	vsmknod <max port number>
if the argument <max port number> is not present, the value of 
<max port number> defaults to 31.

This program creates special files from ttyS0 to ttyS<max port number>
and cua0 to cua<max port number> if they are not present yet.

Requirements:

root privilages.
mknod in path
